Farm Trail

The Jasper County Farm Trail is a self-guided trail through Jasper County, Indiana. The trail runs through DeMotte, Wheatfield, Rensselaer, and Remington.

Our county is home to a variety of farms that offer a wide range of locally grown and made products, so it was our mission to include a wide variety for visitors to enjoy!

Agriculture is so important to us and our way of life here in Northwest Indiana. This trail is our way of thanking our farms and sharing our love of them with those around us.
