JCEDO Announces “Celebrating Industry” Events in Jasper County High Schools

RENSSELAER, Ind. –The Jasper County Economic Development Organization (JCEDO), Rensselaer Central School Corporation (RCSC), Kankakee Valley School Corporation (KVSC) and area businesses are planning trade show types of events for junior and senior students. RCSC will have their event on October 24, 2019 and KVSC will have their event on October 29, 2019

These events will showcase the quality of work, work atmosphere, skill needs, benefits and employer expectations available to graduate workers right here in Jasper County. Students will be in small groups to be able to interact with the employers at each station before rotating on to the next business. These “Show and Tell” events will enhance the career choices and knowledge of available local jobs.
